Betriebsrat

All actions that are affecting employees have to be communicated by the employer to the Betriebsrat. They have to give enough time frames to the Betriebsrat to check on their corresponding rights and also to discharge their duties. A Betriebsrat also trains the employees in managerial skills and marketing skills. The leadership qualities are also developed among the working people. Its also the task of the Betriebsrat to develop team working sprit among the employees. A team work always gives better result provided there is coordination in work among the members and there are no controversy issues. Indifference among the employees pose real threat to the working environment is the office. Efficient information knowledge is provided to the employees. Strategic conflict management team are put to control the conflicts inside the workplace and to motivate the employees to work in harmony and in coordination with one another. In this way a Betriebsrat helps to redefine a workplace and help the company to run smoothly and to generate more revenues.
